However, we strive to work with our customers to address any concerns and ensure satisfactory results.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- The scheduled service was paid for but not performed.
- A billing error or duplicate payment occurred.
- The service was cancelled within the approved cancellation period before the technician arrived.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued under the following conditions:
- Pest activity continues after treatment (additional treatments may be required).
- Customer did not follow preparation or post-treatment instructions.
- The pest issue is related to conditions outside the scope of treatment.
- Access to the property was not provided during the scheduled appointment.
4. Service Guarantee and Re-Treatment
If pests persist after treatment within the agreed service period, Eastern Sierra Pest Control Inc. may provide a follow-up service or re-treatment as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, depending on the service agreement.
This is typically offered instead of a refund.
5. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting us in advance.
Failure to cancel within a reasonable time before the scheduled appointment may result in:
- A cancellation fee, or
- The service being marked as completed for scheduling purposes.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment whenever possible.
- Processing times may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
